Principal
Ms. Amber Bartlett
Ms. Amber has been part of the RCA family for 10 years and brings 30 years of experience in education. Her passion for teaching began at the young age of five, when she felt God calling her to become a teacher. That early calling grew into a lifelong commitment to nurturing and educating children.
She went on to earn a degree in Child Development and Elementary Education, preparing her to make a lasting impact in the lives of her students. Ms. Amber is passionate about creating a loving, supportive learning environment where every child can grow, learn, and thrive.

Mrs. Edie Tippit
Mrs. Edie holds a Bachelor’s degree in History and Religious Studies as well as a Certificate of Mastery in Child Development. She is excited to join RCA this year to help others understand the world through both an academic and faith-based perspective. For the past 20 years, she has worked in childcare, with 15 years dedicated to administration and leadership. She is grateful for the opportunity to combine her professional experience, education, and faith in a setting where she can encourage and invest in the next generation.

Mr. Harry Bartlett
Mr. Harry is blessed to be an educator who truly loves what he does. Teaching is more than a career to him—it is a calling and an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of his students each day. He strives to create a classroom filled with encouragement, compassion, growth, and joy. Most importantly, Mr. Harry is grateful for his faith and for the Lord who guides him in all that he does. Through his teaching, words, and actions, he hopes to be a positive light and an example of God’s love to those around him.

Mrs. Larissa Bartlett
Mrs. Larissa is passionate about creating a loving, encouraging classroom where every child feels valued. Before becoming a teacher, she spent several years working in pediatrics and a hospital, experiences that strengthened her compassion, patience, and love for children.
As RCA’s first and second grade teacher, Mrs. Larissa is excited to help students grow academically, socially, and spiritually. Most importantly, she is grateful for the opportunity to share the love of Jesus with her students while encouraging them to grow in faith, kindness, and confidence.

Mrs. Candy Evans
She is a wife, mom, sister, friend, and Wella (grandma), but most of all, she loves Jesus! With over 13 years of experience in education, she is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences where children can grow academically, personally, and spiritually.
Inspired by Matthew 18:2-5, she believes children teach us the importance of trust, humility, and being eager to learn. Her desire is to lead by example, showing students Jesus through everyday learning and helping them understand that true success comes from growing closer to Him.

Mrs. Marylin Pratt
Mrs. Marylin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s Degree in Leadership with an emphasis in Ministry. She has taught students from Pre-K through high school and has served in a variety of church and ministry roles.
For Mrs. Marylin, teaching is more than a career—it is a calling. She is passionate about helping students grow academically, spiritually, and personally while developing confidence, kindness, strong character, and a love for learning. She considers it a privilege to be part of each student’s journey as they grow into who God has called them to be.
