Our Staff

Ms. Amber has been working at RCA for 10 years and has 30 years of education experience.  God called her to be a teacher when she was just 5 years old.  She later went on to college for a degree in Child Development and Elementary Education.  Ms. Amber is our principal and 1st grade teacher.

Mr. Harry is an educator driven by a love for teaching and a strong faith in God.  His mission is to nurture minds and hearts, guiding others toward growth, purpose and lifelong learning.

Mrs. Darci is dedicated and passionate about teaching young minds.  She has been in education for the past 7 years and enjoys fostering a love for one-on-one experiences with her students and teaching them the love of God.  When not at school, she's with her husband, family or dog.

Ms. Morgan enjoys working with children and has been doing so since she was 14 years old.  She's grateful to be teaching her favorite grade - Kindergarten - where she not only teaches basic subjects, but also teaches about her love of God.  When not at school, she loves cuddling with her dog and two cats.

I am a wife, mom, sister, friend, Wella (grandma) but most of all I love Jesus! I have over 13 years experience as an educator. In this time, I began to understand what Jesus says in Mathew 18:2-5, "...that unless you change and become like a child.." A child is eager to learn and is watching; ready to be lead by example because they trust fully in those who guide them. I am focused on the eyes and ears eager to learn and to show them Jesus through all their learning experiences and how His grace is always sufficient. I want them to know true success comes from us growing each day closer to Jesus and how this flows into your life through school, work, relationships.

I am a fellow RCA parent with a deep passion for our school community and a love for music that extends beyond the classroom, as I also serve as the Worship Pastor at our church. I enjoy leading students in music by teaching lyrics, notes, and foundational musical concepts while also incorporating instruments. At RCA, music is centered on learning songs about and to Jesus and our Father, giving students meaningful opportunities to worship and express themselves through singing, movement, and —this year— instruments. We explore rhythm, melody, and harmony, and I love watching students grow in confidence and connection through music. 

For the first time, we now have a parent teacher organization, and I am honored to help lead as the current PTO president. Our goal is to stay informed about the happenings at RCA, provide support to the staff and students, and build a strong sense of community.
